Day 2: Tantric Love, Relationships & Rituals: Introduction to the concepts of the divine masculine Shiva and the divine feminine Shakti. Learn Yoga specific to awakening sexual energy, how to tune in to your partner, Yabyum breath work, music meditations & prayers on anahata chakra, transfiguration couples ritual and completing with a Kirtan in Bhakti Yoga Style.

People can do a drop in session or pay monthly or pay fully or pay in instalments.
Anyone can join at any point in the programme to continue into the following year’s programme to the session they started this year to achieve a certificate of the full course.

From early childhood through the various stages of life we suffer stressful and traumatic events that are embedded into our energetic bodies leaving us with the residue of subconscious fears, limiting beliefs, sabotaging triggers and behavioural patterns and often physical and sexual issues.
We start to explore the traumas and stresses that trigger us, how the root cause and symptoms show up, how tantra massage, yoga & meditation can be used to create profound healing.
